What data I process and why

When you use the contact form, I process your name, email address and message in order to answer your inquiry. You also receive a short automatic confirmation at the address you entered; it does not contain your message. If you email or call me directly, I process the data you share with me for the same purpose.

Legal basis

My legitimate interest in answering inquiries you initiate (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where your message concerns a job or collaboration, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

How long I keep it

Messages are kept until the inquiry is closed and deleted no later than 12 months after our last communication, unless you ask for earlier deletion or the law requires a longer period.

Service providers

Contact form messages are forwarded by a script running in my own Google account (Google Apps Script) and delivered to my Gmail mailbox; no other form service is involved. The website is hosted by Railway (railway.com), which may log technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for operational and security purposes. These providers may process data outside the EEA under their own safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses). I do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. Your language choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage) so that the site remembers it; it is never sent to me.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to the processing by writing to ferencfeher38@gmail.com. I will respond within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., www.naih.hu).
